You should be able to find useful clinic information in a way that works for you. If a page or interaction creates a barrier, you can contact HESCA for help with the information you need.
Language and reading
The website offers English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese pages. Use the language control to choose the version you prefer. If a translation is unclear, include the page address and the wording when asking for clarification; do not assume that a shorter phrase changes the service being described.
If something does not work for you
If you encounter a problem with keyboard navigation, a screen reader, text size or a link, tell us which page and task were affected. You may include your device or browser if helpful, without sending sensitive personal information. This page is not a claim of certification or completed accessibility testing.
